Stelfab offers a complete line of options and accessories to provide you with an intermediate bulk container system that meets your specific requirements. All are available in either carbon or stainless steel, and in various sizes.
Fill and/or Pump-out Ports
Fill and pump-out ports are located on the container top panel and can be oriented straight up or at 90 degrees.
A protective guard is positioned on either side of the fitting assembly to meet regulatory requirements. The port may be flush with the top panel or extended down into the bin as far as required.
Camlock and Compatible Quick-connects
Quick-connect fittings are available for installation on the discharge line and on fill and/or pump-out ports.
Fittings and dust caps are available in aluminum, brass, stainless steel, or plastic.
Recessed Site Tube
Site tubes are recessed flush with the container front and protected by a Lexan cover to allow viewing of the liquid level within the container. They are available in both carbon and stainless steel, with site tubing of PVC or translucent Teflon.
Aluminum or Stainless Steel Vents
These are available for applications that require metal vents due to incompatibility with polypropylene. Set to crack at .5 PSI vacuum, these units will provide air intake at 1750 CFH. Pressure cracking occurs at 5 PSI, meeting regulatory requirements for most Packing Group II and III materials.
Custom Agitator Lid
In cases where the contents of the container need to be mixed or agitated, Stelfab can provide a custom agitator lid, which fits on the standard drum lid opening. The shallow sloped bottom of our Steltight LP provides an ideal mixing shape for complete agitation.
Flip Top Lid
Our Flip Top lid is made from carbon and stainless steel. It features a hinged design for easy opening and closing, is lockable and tamper-proof, and the seal tension is adjustable.
T-bolt Type E Lid
The T-bolt type E lid is flat and secured with stainless steel T-bolts.
Brass Wing Nut Domed Lid
Brass wing nuts secure this lid in place, and the lid is domed to prevent water from settling.
